INGREDIENTS
8 oz. – baby spinach
16 oz. – strawberries, sliced
2 – avocados, cubed
1/3 cup – walnuts, chopped
1/3 cup – feta, crumbled
For the Dressing:
1/3 cup – balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup – honey
2 T – extra virgin olive oil
DIRECTIONS
Toss together the spinach, strawberries, avocados, walnuts and feta in bowl.
In a separate bowl, whisk the dressing ingredients together.
Drizzle dressing over the greens.
TIP
You will likely have leftover dressing that you can store for 3-4 days in an airtight container.
